I’ve spent my career inside that reality, leading and supporting execution across SaaS, healthcare, hardware, enterprise services, and field operations including Management Consulting and Event Production.
In these environments, execution isn’t theoretical. Missed handoffs, unclear ownership, weak systems, or poor adoption directly affect revenue, compliance, safety, and customer trust. I’ve seen strong strategies stall not because they were wrong, but because they were never engineered into how the business actually runs.
